SSR relay" typically refers to a Solid State Relay. It is an electronic switching device used to control the on/off state of a circuit. Unlike traditional mechanical relays, an SSR has no mechanical contacts and instead uses semiconductor components (such as transistors, thyristors, etc.) to achieve switching functionality.

Solid state relays must be equipped with a heat sink when the high voltage of the load current exceeds
10A due to their high heat generation. Apply thermal conductive silicone grease of 60A or more between
the bottom of the solid state relay and the heat sink, and add a fan for strong cooling
Product Advantages
1: Brass wiring contacts, low resistance, strong conductivity, and sufficient current
2: High temperature resistant and flame-retardant shell, transparent dust cover, dustproof and beautiful
3: Diode indicator light, working status visualization
4: Cooling bottom plate, quickly dissipates heat for relays, no worries about long-term use
No Mechanical Contacts: Since there are no mechanical parts, SSRs have a longer lifespan and do not produce arcing or mechanical wear.
Fast Response: SSRs switch faster than mechanical relays, making them suitable for high-frequency operations.
Low Noise: They operate almost silently.
Vibration Resistance: With no mechanical components, SSRs perform more reliably in vibrating environments.
Diverse Control Signals: SSRs can be controlled by DC or AC signals, with common control voltages being 3V, 5V, 12V, 24V, etc.
By Load Type:
AC SSR: Used for controlling AC loads.
DC SSR: Used for controlling DC loads.
By Control Method:
Zero-Crossing SSR: Switches at the zero-crossing point of the AC voltage to reduce load impact.
Random-On SSR: Switches immediately upon receiving the control signal.
Advantages:
Long lifespan and high reliability.
Fast switching speed, suitable for high-frequency operations.
Silent operation and vibration resistance.
Industrial Automation: Used to control motors, heaters, lights, and other equipment.
Temperature Control: Used in thermostats or heating systems.
Power Electronics: Used for switching control in AC or DC power supplies.
Household Appliances: Used in devices like washing machines and air conditioners for circuit control.
