PTFE electric heating tube is a new type of highly corrosion-resistant electric heating tube used for heating various corrosive liquids. It has excellent anti-aging resistance and better winding performance, and adopts low surface load design. The joint adopts a fully enclosed anti acid and alkali non heating section and overheating safety protection system, which is fully customized according to customer needs to ensure that the heater is not easily burned out and has a long service life. It is fully sealed, non corrosive, non leakage, and equipped with grounding protection for safety and reliability. The applicable temperature is below 110 ºC. (Heating in a very thick liquid requires mixing) 
1:The PTFE electric heater uses high-quality stainless steel heating tube core and PTFE outer shell, which has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for heating various highly corrosive liquids. The electric heater adopts a low surface power design (1.5w/cm2) to ensure the service life of the product
2:The installation position of the electric heater should pay attention to preventing solid deposits in the solution from depositing on the surface of the electric heater, or if the liquid is too pure and thick, or if the liquid level is too low, it will burn out the PTFE due to poor surface heat dissipation
3:The size of the electric heater cannot be arbitrarily reduced, and reducing the surface area will result in excessive surface power of the electric heater, affecting its service life,
4:All electric heaters can be equipped with over temperature protection or PT-100 temperature sensing probes to ensure product lifespan and equipment safety
5:The joint adopts a fully enclosed acid and alkali resistant, non heating section, and overheat safety protection system, which is fully customized according to customer needs.
