Key Selection and Range Principles

1. Medium: Corrosive media → 316L; viscous/crystallizing media → diaphragm type; pulsating pressure → vibration-resistant liquid-filled model with 1.5~2x range.
2. Range: For stable pressure, select a full scale 1.5 times the working pressure, not exceeding 2/3 of the full scale; for pulsating pressure, ≤1/2 of the full scale; for high pressure, ≤3/5 of the full scale.
3. Accuracy Class: 1.6 is common for industrial use; 1.0 or 0.5 for precision control. Operating temperature range: -40~80°C; high-temperature models require heat-resistant seals and elements.
4. Connection: M20×1.5 (metric), G1/2, NPT1/4 (imperial/American).

VI. Installation and Maintenance Points

1. Installation: Avoid direct sunlight, vibration sources, and strong electromagnetic interference. For diaphragm gauges, ensure the fill fluid is compatible with the medium. Mount vertically to ensure accuracy.
2. Calibration: Regularly calibrate at a metrology institute (usually annually; shorten the interval for harsh conditions).
3. Daily Use: Strictly prohibit overpressure operation. If the pointer enters the yellow/red zone, troubleshoot immediately. Regularly inspect seals and appearance in corrosive environments.
