These are assembled temperature sensors (thermocouples / thermal resistors), mainly categorized into Type K thermocouples and PT100 thermal resistors, with common models WRN 130/230 and WZP 130/230. They are the most widely used temperature measuring probes in industrial applications.

1. Structural Composition (Visible in the Picture)

 

• Top Terminal Head: A metal waterproof terminal box for connecting temperature measuring wires and instruments, protecting against moisture and dust in industrial environments.
• Mounting Types (3 types, from left to right):
  1. Plain insertion type: Direct insertion installation.
  2. Threaded mounting type: Screws into pipes or equipment via external threads.
  3. Flange mounting type: Secured with bolts through a circular flange, suitable for high pressure, vibration prone and large scale equipment scenarios.
   
• Probe (Protection Tube): Made of stainless steel (optional grades: 304, 310S, 2520 for high temperature resistance), it shields the internal temperature sensing core and measures temperature by inserting into the measured medium.

• Temperature measuring Types:
  • Type K Thermocouple: Measures high temperatures from 0ºC to 1300ºC, ideal for kilns, boilers and heat treatment equipment.
  • PT100 Thermal Resistor: Measures low to medium temperatures from -200ºC to 450ºC with higher precision, used for pipelines, tanks and chemical equipment.
