A temperature control switch is a device that automatically regulates temperature by turning a connected system (such as a heater, cooler, or fan) on or off based on a set temperature threshold. These switches are widely used in HVAC systems, industrial equipment, home appliances, and more.

Principle and performance
When the temperature of the controlled object changes, the working fluid in the temperature sensing part of the thermostat will produce corresponding physical phenomenon of thermal expansion and contraction (volume change of the working fluid), and the membrane box connected to the temperature sensing part will expand or contract. Through the lever principle, the switch is driven to make a constant temperature. The WZ series liquid expansion thermostat has the characteristics of accurate temperature control, stable and reliable, small temperature difference between on and off, large temperature control adjustment range, and large over-current.

Mechanical Thermostats
Use bimetallic strips or gas-filled bellows to open/close circuits.
Simple, durable, and cost-effective.
Example: Traditional home thermostats.
Electronic/Digital Thermostats
Use thermistors or RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors) for precise readings.
Programmable with digital displays.
Example: Smart thermostats like Nest or Honeywell.
Capillary Thermostats
Use a temperature-sensitive fluid in a capillary tube to actuate a switch.
Common in refrigerators and air conditioners.
Solid-State Temperature Switches
Use semiconductor-based sensors (like thermocouples or IC sensors).
High accuracy, no moving parts, long lifespan
