Wear resistant thermocouples are used in environments with strong wear and vibration, such as sulfide bed boilers and coal mills, and have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. The outer protective tube of the wear-resistant thermocouple is made of wear-resistant material, and the temperature measuring element is an armored thermocouple.
Characteristics of wear-resistant thermocouple
1. The measuring end of the wear-resistant thermocouple adopts a precision cast wear-resistant head (length 300mm~500mm), which is welded to the tail high-temperature stainless steel to form a long protective tube.
2. The unique ingredients of precision cast wear-resistant head casing make the material have multiple characteristics such as high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Main material: Co ≥ 8%, Ti≥2%,Ni≥38%.
3. No wear-resistant material can be suitable for all working conditions. It is recommended that users communicate with the factory when selecting wear-resistant thermocouples, and provide feedback on the working conditions and maximum operating temperature of the wear-resistant thermocouples to the factory. This can better achieve high cost-effectiveness, high-quality, and long-lasting wear-resistant thermocouples.
